The new system enables immediate response to your service related issues. All you do is dial the toll free number which will automatically assign our Service Engineer from our Branch located nearest to your site. The Toll Free Number is presently accessible from land phones only.
Immediate response is only a part of the offering. The scope extends beyond service engineer calling at your Site. The specially designed SMS enables Field Service Management to empower our Service Engineers to interact from your Site to our Product Support Headquarters. The Service Engineer can troubleshoot the problem, query parts availability and delivery. Generate quotation and receive order for converting to delivery.
