Our Customer Support Agreements (CSA) are tailor made to suit your needs under any operating conditions and applications. A most convenient and affordable solution which helps you to manage yours risk and control your costs, a CSA can cover many aspects of maintenance, repair and power systems operation.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) -
We will help you to design your maintenance schedule and our engineers will be responsible for all your preventive maintenance requirements during the period of contract. This ensures a smooth supply of the maintenance parts and consumables and periodic Technical Assessment of your generator at a predetermined cost.
Performance Monitoring -
The rotating and the reciprocating parts are subject to wear and tear, which, if not attended in due time, may cause unprecedented breakdowns and unscheduled repairs. Our engineers equipped with special CAT tools, can read the early signs of wear parts and recommend repair before failure. This not only saves your costs but also helps you to plan your shutdowns as per your convenience.
Scheduled Oil Sampling Services -

Total Maintenance and Repair -
This agreement covers all of the maintenance and repair costs. Instead of paying for maintenance or repairs as they are needed, you pay one flat rate to cover a broad range of parts and service. We will take care for all your parts and service requirements throughout the period of the contract.
Power System Extended Service Coverage - Power System Extended Service Coverage (ESC) provides coverage beyond the Standard Warranty period And offers protection against unexpected repair bills and a hedge against rising parts and labor costs by providing 100 percent parts and labor reimbursement for covered components, less any applicable deductible. Our global service network ensures access to prompt, quality repairs by trained technicians. The broad range of coverage options, which can be customized to suit your individual needs, combined with simple pricing terms provides confidence and peace of mind towards your Power System's performance today and tomorrow.
